Hi Peaches! I live less than a mile away from the new home of The Braves MLB team, SunTrust Park! Bae and I went to the opening game and it was magical! We witnessed the first home run hit in the new park and The Braves won!!!! SunTrust Park is a must see if you're in the Atlanta area, it's definitely worth the visit whether or not if you're into baseball! There are plenty for kids to do, games and zip lining! The park is filled with amazing places to eat from a steakhouse to Chic-fil-A! We had great seats right next to the bullpen! I have used the perimeter of the park as my running track but to see the inside was mind blowing! I had no idea just how amazing it would be! Renovations are still under way. Apartments are being built in which I am told you can capture a game from your balcony! Plenty of shops will be opening soon right along the entryway. To be honest, there is a huge lawn with a massive projection screen of the game right before the gate that you could easily bring a blanket and picnic basket to free of charge! The pictures I took really don't do it justice. We had a blast and I can't wait to return!
